Yoga day was celebrated 31/07/2023, nearly 14 members attended and practiced Yoga. Four Ex military people were felicitated on the occasion of Independence Day during the chapter meeting and their valuable experience was shared. Environment Day was celebrated by planting Bilvapatra plants and Tulasi seedlings at Sri Govindanand Swamy ashrama and Tulasi plants were distributed to all members.
Medical camp was conducted with BBB Vidyakashi chapter member doctors and others on 09/09/2023 for free medical check up for ENT, Ortho, General, Dental and Gynecology with free blood, sugar testing by iNeel Diagnostics for around 120 people at Sri Kudli Arya Akshobhya Tirth Matt, Dharwad. Also, Members Directory released by Holiness Sri. Sri. Raghu Vijaya Tirth Swamiji. Members mapping training program conducted during January 2023 and Brief Business Introduction Training held during May by Sri Madhukar of Basavangudi chapter.
Inducted 12 new members into the chapter from May to August month. Successful landing of Chandrayana 3 was celebrated by the members. Member of Vidyakashi Sri Amol Deshpande received a recognition for ‘Highest Business Giver’ in Mysore region.
The Three Chapters of Coimbatore – Siruvani, Rudra & Garuda jointly celebrated World Environment Month on 30 th of June, 2023, by distributing saplings to about 200 school-going children (Grade 8, 9, 10 & 11) and teachers of at “The Adhyayana International Public School”.
15 members of BBB representing the three chapters were at the venue to distribute saplings. These saplings were distributed to promote environment awareness among children, and these will be grown at their own houses. Along with distribution of saplings, a ten-minute session was offered for each class, either in the form of quiz or in the form of awareness talks, so that their environmental awareness is increased at the end of the session.
As a follow-up to this activity, the students will send a picture of themselves along with the plant on Vijayadashami day. 4 students (one from each grade) will be selected and a prize money of Rs.500/- will be given to each of the selected student.
Shree Shankara’s chapter held an outing for all members along with their families on 8 th April 2023 at Club Cabana. It was a day of bonding activities followed by fun and frolic. On 18 th July 2023, our chapter celebrated Yoga Day and Environment Day together at Puttenahalli Lake, Yelahanka. The event was graced by Yoga guru Shri Lokesh Hegde, who guided the Yoga Session and planted fruit-bearing trees at the lake bed. This event was attended by Assistant Conservator of Forests Mr. Santosh Patil and Regional Forest Officer Mr. Hanumanthappa. We donated tools and implements required to maintain the garden at the lake and hosted the forest department employees and the workers at the lake site for breakfast. On 1 st Aug 2023, we celebrated the milestone of our chapter reaching 10 Crores of business and cut the cake with our next target which is 100 Crores. On 16 th Aug 2023, our chapter celebrated Independence Day by honoring ex-army person and Kargil veteran Mr. Srinivas Yerekuppi, who is also an entrepreneur.
August 2023 saw three-chapter meetings hosted by the PoornaPragna Chapter. “EXPO CHANAKYA 2023” was a significant event that was organized by all 4 chapters of the Hyderabad Region. PoornaPragna was given authority for one of the four main assignments, the precisely completed digital marketing responsibility, by our chapter volunteers. The PoornaPragna Chapter was instrumental in creating the Expo Chanakya logo.
The logo was created so that each colour of the letter X stands for a different chapter (the colour was picked from the emblem of each chapter), taking into account the UNITY of the four chapters. We thank the volunteers listed below for their unwavering assistance in making EXPO Chanakya a success.
The next chapter meeting was scheduled for August 15th, which was Independence Day. On this special day, we gave out sweets and pinned the Indian flag to the participants.
The majority of the members took part in a special effort to generate 100 or more opportunity notes for the members, which resulted in a total business transaction of 16.80 lakhs. The momentum will persist over the ensuing months as well. To help members enhance their operations, the chapter has begun holding a knowledge-sharing session on “Entrepreneurship” by Sri Ravi Kumar Popuri, Chapter Growth coordinator. In the month of August, the chapter welcomed two new members.
To inspire and increase the Transaction & Opportunity Notes, Chapter advanced to create WC roles “TN Coordinator” & “ON Coordinator”.
On the occasion of World Environment Day President Mr. Suresh V distributed environmental awareness post to all the members. On 20/07/2023 inducted a new Chapter Director Mr. Bala Ganesh. He was welcomed by Regional Director Mr. Yeshwanth R and Mr. Suresh V. Special Training session has been conducted by Mr. Yeshwanth R on the topic “Art of giving Opportunity Notes”. On the same day chapter has achieved the Milestone of Business transactions worth Rs 1 Crore. Krishna Jayanthi was celebrated with all the members by placing Lord Krishna’s foot posts. On 13/09/2023 a special Remembrance Day of Tamil scholar and poet Mahakavi Subramanian Bharathi was celebrated and a quote was recited by the President. Mr. Sriram Madhavan has been elected as Rockstar of Southern region. The award given by Mr. Yeshwanth R. A small funny game of reciting all names of Lord Ganesha was celebrated for the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi festival.
