The Forum Of Business By Brahmins (BBB) is a socio-economic forum, professionally managed, non profit generating organisation registered as trust head quartered at Mysore having it’s chapters and wings spread across India and abroad.
To build a strong global platform which will create the business opportunities amongst the businessman in our community AND to enhance the quality of life of the people in our community.
BBB is managed as per the trust bye-law. Every local chapter will have a core committee known as Management Committee (MC). The names of the chosen members will be sent to the Trust HQ for appointment of President, Secretary, Treasurer and other office bearers. Local chapters are advised to have following committees to run the chapter smoothly and efficiently: 1) Attendance and Membership 2) Business Presentation 3) Training & Education 4) KYT 5) Events 6) Quality and Reality Check 7) Events 8) Growth 9) Accounts 10) Monthly Roster.
BBB is a socio-economical forum which is well structured and professionally managed. Each chapter meets fortnightly in a designated place, preferably a hotel from 7.30AM to 9.30AM. The suggested agenda given below: – Socialization for about 30minutes, – Meeting to start with a prayer. – Introduction of newly added members – 30 seconds self-introduction by each member – Knowledge Sharing (10 Minutes) – One or two detailed business presentation (8 Minutes) – Exchange of Opportunities and Transactions – Consolidation of transaction done tor the fortnight as per the format – Announcements if any – Vote of thanks – Adjourn the meeting with a prayer – Followed by break-fast
Membership is by invitation. Upon invitation by a BBB member the aspirant should attend a fortnightly meeting ,fill the membership application form. The Management Committee shall review the application before the membership is awarded. The designated committee will understand the prospective member’s business, check his/her credentials and recommends his membership to BBB. New member/s shall be inducted to the local chapter and each member will be given an induction Kit which includes business note book, pen, identity card, access to website portal & mobile application and BBB Souvenir being printed Nation Wide.
Yes, the membership is only for the business owners or a professional who is a decision maker in an organisation from BRAHMIN community.
If you become a member of BBB, other members of BBB / Visitors to BBB, will try and refer you / your business to their contacts without any kickback or commission. Similarly you also have to refer other member’s business to your contacts. Apart from these, BBB organizes periodic seminars and lectures to help its members in learning and development.
Yes, BBB Trust, do not have any objection. But A member cannot be elevated as a EC member, if he/she holds top responsibilities in other business forums which leads to conflict of interest.
Yes, it is much appreciated if you refer any Brahmin businessman you know. However, the membership committee will do a background check before the membership is awarded.
Yes, membership is transferable from one chapter to another provided both the BBB chapters agree.
Yes, there is an attendance policy for all the members. A member is allowed to take the leave of absence for 3 meetings in a period of 6 months. Further the member can send a substitute for 3 meetings. The membership will automatically get terminated once the member is absent for the fourth meetings in six months.
Any Brahmin above 18 years of age – Spouse , children , business partner, vendor, associate or office staff can substitute the member.
Yes, BBB recommends business formals for its meetings.
The annual membership fee is fixed as Rs 5000/- ( excluding GST ). Members will have to pay the membership fees to the TRUST bank account by Cheque or though online fund transfer.
BBB set aside 50% of the revenue generated from membership fee for education fund. BBB identifies the needy in our community through its members and chapters and pay the school fee directly to the institution through cheque or fund transfer. Another 50% of the fees will be spent on the administrative expenses of the Trust.
Additionally, the member will have to pay the breakfast meeting charges which will be fixed by the chapter and also for any other subscription based meetings / events in the local chapter.

No, the membership will be awarded in only one chapter however he/she can take two or more memberships in different cities if the member has already a branch office in that city.
Your grievances can be taken up with the Management Committee (President , Secretary and Treasurer) of your chapter in person and they will ensure that any grievance is addressed in the interest of both its member’s and BBB.

Yes, BBB is 12(A) and 80(G) complaint under the trust act. Individual and institutional donations are accepted.
Yes, BBB reserve the rite to terminate the member without prior notice under the below circumstances :
a) If a member violates the objective, rules & regulations of BBB.
b) If a member do not have business ethics and do not maintain the decorum of the organisation.
c) If the MC gets repeated complaints from other BBB members regarding poor services.
